It’s a disaster! You’ll have to play golf, instead of ski!

It seems that the IPCC has descended to new levels of irrelevance:
Yes, you read it here first:-
“A reduction in cross-country skiing in Finland, particularly among women, the lower classes and urban dwellers”
Well, I don’t know about you, but I cannot think of a better reason to institute a carbon tax, and send our economy back to North Korean standards!
But the worst thing is that we have all had to pay for this BS. Isn’t it about time that Shaw, Loomis, Buckley, Foushee, Knobhead, Pouter, and the rest of the aforementioned idiots got a proper job, and saved us all a bit of money.
I hear that McDonalds need some prats staff to clear their tables. Unfortunately, they won’t pay you enough to go skiing in Finland.
But a week in Yarmouth? OK, if you take your own tent!

I doubt any climatic condition short of the next ice age will reduce my cross country skiing.
I was particularly impressed with a finding near the end of the extract:
” . . . people recreate indoors when the weather is inclement.”
I wonder what this particular ground-breaking piece of research cost? Enough to build a long gallery on the side of one’s period stately home probably.
Hilarious!
Many ski resorts have already constructed golf courses in their valleys … true 😉
In other news, opportunities for water-skiing are expected to increase.
” . . . people recreate indoors when the weather is inclement.”
And when there’s blackouts, they procreate.

Paul.
Perhaps you should alert the editor of the East Anglian Daily Times of the good news. The prediction of an increase in beach tourism in East Anglia.
Presumably that’s if the rising sea level and sinking land mass don’t inundate the beaches first 😉
Oh No! Think of the fashion calamaties. Think of the loud checks. We are doo-oo-oomed. (Or think of the big cheques.)
“A reduction in cross-country skiing in Finland, particularly among women, the lower classes and urban dwellers”
How does “climate changed” distinguish between men and women?
The propaganda barrage continues!
It’s funny how the February HadCrut4 hasn’t been published yet.
Could it be that a low figure would send out the wrong message at the time of the publication of this report?
You could not make it up! I despair.
