Prince Charles Holidaying In Romania – Travels By Private Plane

Just days after reports of him calling for “an end to capitalism as we know it” to save the world from global warming, Prince Charles has turned up in Romania for a few days holiday at a mansion he owns there.
And guess how he got there?
Did he cycle? No.
Did he walk? No.
Did he go in a Nissan Leaf? No.
Did he go by Ryannair? No.
No, according to Romanian Business News:
The Prince of Wales has arrived in Romania during the Tuesday afternoon with a private jet that landed on Targu Mures airport.
I am sure that will really help save the planet!
And the most remarkable thing is that the great numptie probably does not even see the hypocrisy of his actions.

NOT A LOT OF PEOPLE KNOW THAT 
Oh dear. Just to put the record straight – again – Prince Charles did not call for “an end to capitalism”; he called for “a fundamental transformation of global capitalism”. Online Dictionary: ‘Transformation: a marked change in form, nature, or appearance’. ‘End: a termination of a state or situation’. If you insist on continually knocking the Prince, you might at least get the quote right.
“An end to capitalism as we know it”?

If you have trouble with their accuracy, I suggest you contact them, instead of wasting my time.
You might also like to complain to WUWT and Lord Monckton, who have used the same claim, in their latest “knocking the Prince”.
Personally, I think people should be aware of such rank hypocrisy, whether it’s “continual knocking” or not. Perhaps you don’t agree?

My weather man has just reported that this is the third warmest spring on record in the UK, or it might have been England. Is this correct and when were the two warmer ones?
I’ve seen it as well, though it is still provisional.
The Met Office won’t have figures out till next week.
For the UK, 2011 and 2007 are the two warmest so far.

Love the pun, and there’s more truth to that than you might think.
The aged King Michael of Romania (whose abdication was forced by Soviet Russia) has no sons: he can nominate an successor, and that successor may be a foreign prince of a ruling dynasty.
All Charlie needs is King Michael’s nomination, and the Romanian Gov.t’s restoration of the Monarchy – both of which can be bought.
