Climate change is the answer to everything. No one is to blame except those evil oil companies. Actually, no one is to blame at all—that’s the point. It’s like claiming everything is race when it comes to Obama. All of this designed to allow bad behaviour to flourish. We’re not saving the climate, we’re eliminating individual blame. It seems to be working at times. Look for it to get worse.

It’s pretty much the same in the UK.
If the drains were kept clean, there would be a lot less flooding.
The only flood in recent years where I live, was exacerbated by a blocked culvert.
Basic stuff the local authorities don’t do any more, because they can blame it on “climate change”.
