Google To Silence Obama?

"Some may still deny the overwhelming judgment of science, but none can avoid the devastating impact of raging fires, and crippling drought and more powerful storms"

It is rumoured that Google are planning to rank sites based on “facts” rather than links.

I wonder whether this will mean Obama’s speeches will disappear into the nether regions?

    They already have such rankings. It’s very difficult to research skepticism because Google brings up warming sites first, virtually all the time. There are other instances where the rankings do not look based on page visits.

    “Temperature rises are not rises at all,
    A fact Obama keeps well hidden;
    Does not support his agenda,
    So raw data is being overridden.
    Obama has strength and fortitude,
    Won’t let the facts stand in his way;
    And if it means debasing science,
    That’s the price he’s prepared to pay”.

    To a group of people emotion evoking statements are facts.
    There is more chance that Google will regard those statements as fact and anything not “peer” reviewed by the club will get pushed to the back.
    Google – Goebbels.
    Some similarity.

    Demonisation of a large section of the community according to their beliefs!!!!!!

    Try doing that according to religious beliefs, or sexuality, or gender. Surely Obama’s speeches are unconstitutional.

    Didn’t I tell you:
    As the temperature differential between the poles and equator grows larger due to the cooling from the top, very likely something will also change on earth. Predictably, there would be a small (?) shift of cloud formation and precipitation, more towards the equator, on average. At the equator insolation is 684 W/m2 whereas on average it is 342 W/m2. So, if there are more clouds in and around the equator, this will amplify the cooling effect due to less direct natural insolation of earth (clouds deflect a lot of radiation). Furthermore, in a cooling world there is more likely less moisture in the air, but even assuming equal amounts of water vapour available in the air, a lesser amount of clouds and precipitation will be available for spreading to higher latitudes. So, a natural consequence of global cooling is that at the higher latitudes it will become cooler and/or drier.

    It is exactly as I told you…..

    There was a time when scientists, and the King’s ministers, espoused an overwhelming judgment that the world was flat, and many explorers just fell off the edge, while they were exploring…they never returned. The sun and moon were carefully observed going round and round, at slightly different speeds, due to the heliospheres. The careful scientific observations did not however obscure the facts. This was before the internet.

      Reading history as I have and taking into regard recent piecing together of ancient history I would say that flat eithers are a recent phenomenon and that our forebears were well aware the earth was round. It was very recent cataclysmic events that nearly wiped out all life on our planet that may have lead to an amnesia of what was known. When all of science and not just climate science wakes up from the age of stupid, which started about 1914, we will enter the age of enlightenment where science will become multi-disciplinary once more and understanding will become once more the rule rather than the exception as we have today.

    There’s more to earth’s weather than thermodynamics, high and low pressures (gravity is the weakest force in nature), insolation (radiant heat transfer to earth) and temperature gradients. One major flaw in this narrative is a basic misunderstanding of the difference between temperature and heat.

    What’s missing is the electrical connection to the sun, milky way galaxy and, indeed the universe. Electrical plasma behaves entirely differently than hot and cold gasses, and so an entire facet of weather phenomenon, Electricity, is being ignored. Electricity from space is, without doubt, affecting earth’s climate (and hence its “average weather” called “climate”). Until and unless “scientists” learn about the powerful electrical nature of our earth, our solar system, our galaxy and our universe, all of this discussion is moot.

    Here’s an introduction, I’ve been studying this for years, and it has been very rewarding in giving me a much better understanding than anything I ever learned in college or anywhere else.

    Atmospheric scientist Bill Nichols offers a refreshing reconsideration of climate issues, with emphasis on the electrodynamic environment of the Earth, largely overlooked in the polarized debates on climate change.

    Here’s a little more for thought:

    Global Warming in the Ice Age | thunderbolts.info
    https://www.thunderbolts.info/wp/2014/12/22/global-warming-in-the-ice-age/

    A bit more:

    “Since the clouds are connected to the ionosphere, electric charges carried into the ionosphere by the solar wind cause increases in the electrical energy in the clouds, which also increases the stored charge in the ground. That accumulated charge overcomes the atmosphere’s ability to keep the two separate, so they reach out to each other in the form of “leader strokes.” When the two lightning leaders meet, a circuit between the clouds and the ground (or between one cloud and another) is completed: lightning flashes.”
    https://www.thunderbolts.info/wp/2014/11/25/lightning-in-the-wind-2/

    And here’s a really good synopsis of the entire Electric Universe theory…

    Nice summary Paul. I agree that Google searches already appear to be knobbled by the greens. Eg. A search for ‘fracking’ brings up an overwhelming negative picture. Long established pro-fracking sites like NoHotAir and the Frackland blog are nowhere to be seen. Perhaps their SEO is not as good as the greens – or perhaps Google’s results are politically influenced…

    I’ve switched to bing. I think it is actually better than google now.Just tools>internet options and change to bing (or whatever there are many out there), but bing now matches google for searches. I think google will dissappear very quicly if the try this s@@@. Just the thought of it has probably lost them 10% of their customers already

    Perhaps they’ll block those sites that present actual data, because it doesn’t agree with his rhetoric?
