The Çhinese say the target is not mandatory, and that offshore costs double onßhore.

Meanwhile, developers call for bigger subsidies!

    Just how stupid are we? China has no intention of living up to anything, because they don’t believe in it because they’re smarter than we are. They know that CO2 is not a pollutant and thereby not to panic over it like we do in the West.
