Petition To Remove All US State Dept Air Conditioning

Change.org are organising this petition, which says:
WHEREAS, Secretary of State John F. Kerry has suggested that air conditioners are as big a threat as ISIS, and
WHEREAS, it is the duty of our elected and appointed government officials to lead by example,
THEREFORE, we call upon the U.S. Department of State to remove air conditioning from all property that the Department owns, rents, or otherwise employs, including but not limited to embassies, consulates, office buildings, etc., all vehicles owned and/or operated by the Department, and any other property, real or movable, owned, rented, or otherwise employed by the Department.
This petition will be delivered to:

Wonder if the UK government would act in a similar manner over pensions, since they massacred company pensions (under Gordon Brown) apart from the few who can still have final salary pensions of course – who are they????, Oh yes Government and civil service.

Anyone who has EVER spent a summer in Washington, DC can predict an uprising. I spent 9 summers there plus a few in Chapel Hill, NC. The heat and humidity are way north of oppressive. Boston also has its share of summer heat and humidity. Wonder if his house (actually Teresa Heinz Kerry’s) has AC?
His house is probably like a walk in meat locker this time of year.
Before air conditioning, wasn’t Washington DC a swamp? And it was treated as a hazardous embassy posting?

I was on board with Change.org concerning a pettition to impeach FBI’s Comey so I will go see what this one’s al about as well.
The dreaded chlorine in CFCs has really done nothing to total column stratospheric ozone. Those who got all “steamed up” about it ignored the fact that ozone was actually rising from 1960 to 1979 when the Nimbus satellite took TOMS up to look around. Ozone was ~300 DU in the mid-1960s and it peaked in 1979. The “scare” was actually ozone simply declining back to ~300 DU by the mid 1980s. John Kerry doesn’t know that the Molina-Rowland hypothesis never did work as advertised. It still doesn’t.

In response to your latest re: Refrigerators and Air Conditioning are as Dangerous as ISIS, please lend a thought to reinstating the employ of Punka Wallahs in all US embassies and offices. This project would not only provide ‘sustainable’ cooling but advantageously easing the employment difficulties in both your home country and all nations worldwide where America has a diplomatic delegation.
P.S. Could you also see your way to proposing the same at the next UN shindig meeting.
