Al Gore Wants Your Money

April 26, 2017

Al Gore wants your money!

From Daily Caller:

A group of executives who want to fight global warming has published a new report calling for countries to spend up to $600 billion a year over the next two decades to boost green energy deployment and energy efficiency equipment.

The Energy Transitions Commission’s (ETC) report claims “additional investments of around $300-$600 billion per annum do not pose a major macroeconomic challenge,” which they say will help the world meet the goals laid out in the Paris agreement.

ETC is made up of energy executives, activist leaders and investment bankers, including former Vice President Al Gore, who would no doubt get a piece of the trillions of dollars they are calling for.

Shell are one of the prime movers behind the ETC, as they see it as a way to marginalise coal.

The ETC also demand a rapidly rising carbon price to prevent cheap fossil fuels from undermining the pace of the energy transition.

It’s just in time for it to be mentioned in the party manifestos for the up and coming British General Election 🙂

Perry (DOE) is at this conference. His talking points suggest that Trump will not be leaving the Paris deal. Sad- really sad. I saw him praising wind power yesterday on FOX. The bottom line to it all is what Buffet has stated – that “renewables” are not worthwhile without the subsidies and a carbon tax that raises the cost of fossil fuels. Only with that combination can renewables be competitive. So, if they raise the price of my Chevy half-ton to $100,00 the Tesla will be competitive. So much for market-driven economics. This probably was all worked out at Davos or the Bilderberg annual meeting.

Lets now all hope AGW is real and ole’ Al Baby’s Ocean View Villa is either swamped, or falls into the sea.

What an effing obvious signal that AGW isn’t real, if it were, he would be buying a Villa on top of a mountain. But will the dickhead alarmists take any note whatsoever? Not a sodding chance.

Please excuse my language, it would have been better, but I would be banned from the site.

Free money ad infinitum, never mind the cost to the public? Old Bore can whistle for that.

Obviously the last 20+ years of mass distraction, converting nearly everyone into weather worriers has been very effective. Who would have thought 30 years ago that there would be Western governments advocating and enacting laws to tax the air we breath?
A tax the Western Industrial nations volunteer to pay while countries like India and China dodge that onerous cost for their industries. I ask you — are countries that have well financed and capable space industries, or home grown advanced nuclear power industries, and that farm more than enough food for their populations — are they developed, or advancing ahead at the West expense?

However everyone should keep in mind that when the rich and powerful elites are creating such distractions you must ask yourself —
    “A distraction from what?”
Usually these distractions are employed while money and/or rights are stealthily removed from ordinary people, and those restriction are then wrapped into complex law before anyone realizes what has happened. Most times the powerful people ensure profits from these schemes are skimmed-off to the elite’s preferred friends (who then invest where? China? India?).

Educational Blogs like this one ensure that the powerful do not get their message out unchallenged.

Taxing the air was one of Maggies objectives after she had enacted the much-loved “poll tax”.

The AGW priests have now moved to pollution and are looking for a “tipping point” like the “deg K” rise in temperature anomaly to enable tham to heap on the pressure. You can bet that they will invent one that allows taxation of the air, maybe by how long we breath it as if they used our lung capacity they would be taxing the rich!

When I see Big Al putting ALL of his climate scammed money into solar farms and wind turbines,…

…. then I will believe he believes, rather than just being anything but a LIAR and a CON-ARTIST.
