Greece Wildfires

July 26, 2018

By Paul Homewood

From David Rose, who is in Greece at the moment:

The Weather Channel shows July temps ranging between 28C and 33C so far:

And the average for the month is 34.4C:

As for rainfall, there have been 3 inches so far this month, well above average:

Whatever the cause, (and arson is suspected), these wild fires in Greece have nothing to do with AGW.

The Economist cannot be wrong surely

A few hours after I posted that tweet, we drove to a new hotel near Mani, and crossed the mountains near Sparta. For a distance of about 50 miles it was raining heavily – enough to make driving hazardous. The temperature during the downpours, according to my rental car, was 23C.

Through arson, operatives can “impose terror on an entire country,” the terror organization boasted.

I pointed this out before, at the risk of being labelled a racist etc. I hesitated to say it until recently in case it gave people ideas. But everyone knows what is happening in Europe, even if the MSM refuses to report it.

The Californian wildfires recently, again blamed on CAGW, final reports blamed electrical infrastructure – warnings were issued to the officials that subsequently blamed climate change! Have you heard the BBC etc. put the record straight?

When I read that these lethal fires had been started deliberately, I immediately thought of Islamic terror groups.
Even if this is not the case it will certainly inspire these evil monsters.

95% of wildfires in the European Mediterranean region are caused by humans. Apparently.

Houses and forestation! There was similar incident in Australia where the town had planted gum trees to enhance the roadside. When the fire came the trees acted as a conduit for the flames and took them to the heart of the community. Gum trees, I ask you! But Australia is a ‘hot bed’ of green gullibility. A place that sustained the natives over centuries now invaded by modernity. Perhaps the place isn’t up to it. Those who live there who opine about the wonder of green energy and conservation, the immigrants, would do more good by moving back to the already spoiled industrialised states from which they issued forth. That would be the most potent way to save their country’s natural wonder. Smacks of guilt. Australia’s other green error was the conserving of water in the Murray-Darling against the portended drought. When the rains came the storage was so full it just swept out of its confines and did untold damage. Futurology is such a grim perceiver. An emotional transport of child-like proportions. As someone whose wife has died I could not have imagined the circumstances or the aftermath, humans seem unsuited to it. Now I live in the moment. The predictors and necromancers would do well to cope with that which they have instead of second guessing nature. Once whales used to die and it was said that they had beached due to military strength sonar, now it is plastic bags. We could notionally now save billions by way of a plastic onslaught rather than Trident!! Only joking.

In an early report on the fires by the BBC, the reporter commented on how the fire had turned lush green countryside into an ash covered moonscape. Don’t know about you but ‘lush green’ doesn’t sound very much like it had been suffering from a cagw caused heatwave.

I was taught at university in the 1990’s that before each Ice Age there is an increase in carbon, due to fires, volcanoes and the oceans.
We have just been bombarded with electrical energy -probably because all the planets of our solar system are on the same side of the Sun as Earth at least till the end of the month. Fires aren’t always caused by people or heat.
