Quite by chance I recently came across a clipping I made thirty years ago from a doomsday spiel of one of “them.” Some woman called Harlem, who was the head of a “UN World Commission on Environment & Development.” The individuals “into the attack for the Cause” may change, but the full-on aggression, stupidity (feigned?), and pseudo-scientific claptrap, was there from the very beginning.
Just a flavour…
” When certain gases [don’t mention the water by name!] are released [nod to the Pandora’s Box meme] into the air, they remain there [so much for natural flows], blocking the escape of heat into [sic, great scientific mind at work] the atmosphere…modern man has destroyed the equilibrium…”
It is no surprise that the greenies ‘won’ in the West. People fell for the nonsense because they did not notice the subtle change from real pollution issues to absurd ones. Nor have they noticed the equally subtle change from “Warming climate” to “Changing climate.”
‘They’ (the One-World Robbing Hoods) ‘bushwacked’ us once, and now twice.

It was the trumpeting of Climate Change by Tony Blair and others in his government that really rang the big alarm bells for me. That is, however, an interesting clipping.
That activist movement was always a rainbow coalition to start with but after 1989-91 in Eastern Europe, the old Communists adopted a profile that was lower than low and infiltrated the so-called Green movement to push their agenda elsewhere. Many people have not noticed that.
You just need to look at their list of ‘antis’:
Anti-oil
Anti-car (pro bus! all together now)
Anti-air travel
Anti-nuclear
Anti-meat, especially large scale agriculture & farming
Anti-trade
‘They’ will not be happy until we are back in the Stone Age.
I echo the good wishes to Paul for an excellent holiday & thanks for his hard work.
Have a good time, you more than earn it.
I dont want to be boring or alarmist but are you sure you want to advertise when you’re away?
Take warm clothing if you are going to northern Norway.
Otherwise may the weather be benign for you ad you have a good time.
