China And India Will Watch The West Destroy Itself – OpEd

China and India will allow the west – led by the United States (US) and European Union (EU) – to destroy themselves through dysfunctional, domestic, and continent-wide politics. This isn’t a Donald Trump or EU issue, but electorates having a vague understanding of how societies function, particularly, when it comes to energy.
The “Green New Deal” is evident of that fact, which has no chance of ever working under current technology, taxpayer monies available, and the first “New Deal” was a failure. China and India will allow the US, EU, NATO and their Asian allies to:
“Muddle through endemic crises menacing to its very existence (e.g., economic stagnation, demographic decline, rising unassimilated Islamic populations in many EU democracies, high taxes, mounting debt and the fiscal unsustainability of Western European social democracy)”
Without energy you have nothing. China and India understand this better than the west since their citizenry and leaders view energy through the lens of what will help over two-billion-combined-citizens; join the prosperous, western, consumer-driven world. Most western, environmentally sensitive nations believe fossil fuels are evil. Instead, western countries strive for a renewable energy, carbon-free world. Even if the US were to cut its CO2 emissions, “100 percent it would not make a difference in abating global warming.”

Two different visions and realities,
one is in the western infants and pols imaginings, a fantasy world built on a tinsel town set a cartoon where blue people live on a green planet and all live somehow as monkeys on fresh air and ambrosia, and with big innocent eyes with luv signs in em.
Meanwhile, the true vision, and this is no film set, China and India are realists, their vision means fossil fuel and very flinty, focussed, determined steel eyed.
Can’t disagree with any of this. The ‘West’ on it’s current trajectory is doomed. For all of his faults, Trump get’s it. Alas, he seems to be pretty much on his own in understanding this point amongst the current generation of western politicians.
Anybody who believes that man-made CO2 causes global warming has been duped by the Greens/environmentalists’ anti-industry project. Western governments and vast numbers of voters HAVE been duped. That fact reflects laziness and incompetence due to lives detached from the reality of manufacturing and food-production. Countries with an imperialist past take their easy life forgranted, whereas the working classes in China and India do not have easy lives and nothing to take forgranted.
China will laugh at us until we can no longer afford to buy their tat. Then, when we run out of money to buy their tat, they will carry on laughing at us.
To coin a phrase,

If their investment in Africa pays off then they might be creating a new market there to replace the West.

There are the usual unwarranted assumptions contained in that quote.
For instance “abating” implies ‘something unpleasant or severe become less intense’ and even if the entire world were to adopt zero emissions there is no guarantee it would have any noticeable effect on the climate.
Couldn’t agree more.
Sun and cosmic rays and GOK what else, ill understood, must be the movers of climate change, and not to be rationally influenced.
Anti-carbon a black herring, i.e., not real!
Anyone that doesn’t understand this is the desired outcome of AGW being pushed by the UN is naive. The UN states clearly that a One World Government is the desired outcome of Agenda 21 and they are the quango positioned to fulfill that role. Without going to war (why, when they can get countries destroying each other for them?) they can effectively neutralize the democratic industrial powers of the world by destroying their economies. The UN continually supports the Marxist ideology as ideal for world governance and touts China as the model. Through control of the media the UN has demonized the West with propaganda and gives a pass to China despite it being the largest producer of CO2. Globalization promoted by the UN basically moved world industrial production to China. We were duped then and we’re being duped again with AGW. If the West doesn’t wake up they will succumb to the scam before the end of the century. And not a shot is fired.
The UN’s World Government is not a Marxist project. Marx analysed the position of the working classes within capitalism and, as per Marx and Engels, socialism is a stage towards communism where the state disappears. This is the exact opposite of the UN and Green project to control the state/s via their anti-working people environmentalism.
