How dare YOU interfere in our federal election, Greta Thunberg!

October 18, 2019

By Paul Homewood

Rebel News, the Canadian news site who ask the questions the rest of the media avoid, have caught up with Greta.

It seems she struggles with probing questions, instead of the puff balls usually lobbed at her by fawning interviewers. questions like who is funding you, or why she is interfering in the Canadian election:

https://www.rebelnews.com/how-dare-you-greta-thunberg-petition?utm_campaign=kb_greta_encounter&utm_medium=email&utm_source=therebel

One segment of note, near the end, is the identification of the man in the video (not her dad), as Rob Liddell, a BBC producer of science programmes, who apparently is making a documentary about her. (Not to be confused with Rod Liddle, the much more sceptical former editor editor of the BBC’s Today programme).

It seems unlikely we will see an objective documentary from Liddell, as, judging by his Twitter a/c, he fawns over her.

But it also raises the question, why is the BBC also interfering in the Canadian election?

It would be nice to see an in depth interview but the problem is that there is no depth.

Clearly, she’s a Russian bot. Or Ukrainian. Or Californian.

Greta is a victim of child abuse, and has been used by her parents for self promotion and money making. gretas first protest was the same day her mother published her climate catastrophe book, and mothers publicist and photographer were with greta – how convenient. This link shows the depth of the dirty greta scam.

BBC in cahoots with St Greta. That’s a surprise.

As passed by Trudeaus government, Elections Modernization Act
“Since the coming into force of the new Act on June 13, 2019, foreign entities and individuals are all but completely excluded from any form of participation in Canadian elections. The Act comes at the issue from a number of angles, reinforcing and adding restrictions on the source of funding for third parties for a wide range of political activities and the types of expenses that foreign third parties can incur in relation to Canadian political activities, barring any form of undue influence by foreign entities or individuals, and, finally, enacting a ban applicable to all sellers of advertising space….
    Individuals .. hmmm
Exclusions for foreign individuals that are allowed
“Transmitting to the public through broadcasting or the media an editorial, a debate, a speech, an interview, a column, a letter, a commentary or news’

“Exclusions for foreign individuals that are allowed…”

      Everything that matters.

Especially relevant, as the Canadian MSM can be relied upon to pick up, and amplify, and endorse, all politically correct dogmatics from outside the country.

Former President Obama has also endorsed Trudeau in a tweet. I strongly feel that is foreign meddling in our election.

    • October 19, 2019 12:08 pm

Obama used the “five eyes” to meddle in the 2016 election here. I have not heard that Canada was involved, but clearly UK, Australia and possibly New Zealand were. They were used in the creation of the fake so-called “Russian Dossier.” They were also involved in spying on and surveillance of citizen Donald J. Trump, candidate Donald J. Trump, President-elect Donald J. Trump AND President Donald J. Trump.

She really is a little horror isn’t she. Notice that her eyes look in different directions. Maybe that’s how she can see carbon dioxide. Her parents must be well along the bonkers scale to be using the unfortunate child for their hysterical campaign.

      Try as I might, I can’t see CO2.

Notice that her eyes look in different directions.

I almost never watch videos, so will only guess here.
Quite a few people will, when young, have muscles attached to eyes that pull more than the one on the opposite side. Common practice is to have the kid do exercises that “might” bring them into alignment. A patch over the dominate eye also “might” help. When “might” becomes “did not work” the ‘pulling’ muscle can be unattached-and-reattached. Maybe more than once.
For some of us, this is a cosmetic help but there is a long term issue. You can read about it as “binocular fusion deficiency.”
      See here: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Horror_fusionis

Double vision is mentioned in the wiki page. My brain mostly ignores the 2nd image – unless I compel it into view – but it is always there.

I’d suggest to her parents that they have eye surgeons look at her.

An eye patch would spoil her image. Best wait until the Nobel Prize money is banked.

very curious as to why a BBC producer would be so involved. Google shows that he is works on Horizon, but has also done series on mental health . . Now, a programme looking into St Greta’s mental health and links to her parental abuse would be just up his street, but somehow i don’t think so. Far too objective. So that means some smarmy fawning programme about Greta as per normal BBC policy. Also, i hope the Canadian authorities do pursue this interference

I think that it is a good thing that Greta and XR have come into the limelight. The climate change alarmists have jumped the shark and are making their side look ridiculous. For years they have been trying to portray sceptics as being ignorant and anti science. They won’t be able to deny that we keep being proved right for ever. Being called a nutter by people who glue themselves to forms of transport isn’t going to bother me too much.

Thanks for the link rah. It is frustrating to see our leaders doing everything because it is politically expedient rather than what is good for the country.

This is sweet irony – the Keystone oil pipeline is shut down by a winter snow storm.

What an army of ecozombies could not prevent, Mother Nature stopped with this freezing blizzard.

Canada’s eco geniuses will now be able to reflect on how this abnormal cold and snow proves the reality of global warming.

I will try to explain this “registering third party in Canadian election funding” rule
.. and the funny thing The Rebel itself has form on this
    – Canada has quite strict election funding rules
.. so NGOs etc. are supposed to registering as a third party if they are going to do issue PR during a Canadian election.
All this regulation is partly bunk, cos if a party can get media on their side they can get millions of dollars worth of unregulated PR.

Now The Rebel was set up cos the normal media is so metro-liberal and anti-Conservative, so of course The Rebel has an advocacy line
During a recent Alberta election, the Rebel used a ruse, they were against the sitting PM, (who ended up losing). So they wrote a book about her “Stop Notley” and then in cities where the Liberal Party had loads of lawn signs, cos they have loads of money, The Rebel set up lawn signs advertising their book.
    https://ipolitics.ca/2019/08/02/the-rebel-to-rabble-review-censorship-on-the-prairies/

If that PM had won she would have continued the court case against the Rebel, but she didn’t she lost ..AFAIK there is no ongoing case.

So those people that were screaming that the Rebel’s book was “third party” election funding, should also be screaming at Greta’s PR team cos its events are clearly political events that help the Liberals and Greens , yet are not included in the election funding limits.

A bit of an aside but it appear that Christopher Hohn, a hedge fund owner, has increased his stake in a company that owns Heathrow airport. Shrewd man you might think as all things fossil are under pressure price wise at the moment so he’s got it on the cheap I imagine. It also turns out that he, via a charity he has set up, has also given £200K to the Extinction Rebellion. i know that the people that run XR don’t care where their money comes from but I don’t suppose the useful idiots that are foot soldiers realise that they are being used to make a billionaire even richer.

Its premium so I’ve given you the gist if you don’t subscribe.

    • October 20, 2019 9:16 pm

Through his charity he funded XR
whilst at the same time he bought 4% of Heathrow owner Ferrovial through a series of front companies.
He also has a good stake in a company that owns Luton.

Greta Thunberg went to FORT MCMURRAY, Alta this weekend, secretly, and talked with some Indigenous chiefs. It is part of a upcoming BBC documentary.
