Socialists with common sense, who’d have thought it? Or perhaps they intend to squander
the bounty as is usually their traditional method.

Most people know which side the bread is buttered on.

It’s always the side that hits the floor!
      Not meant as a parable….but on reflection….

If they don’t sell oil and gas what have they got left? Fishing. I love Norway and its people.

What other country can you think of with a similar problem? I am not giving you a clue because you don’t need one.

The other thing they can do is build lots of wind mills in the North Sea, to earn billions of pounds in subsidies from us.

      The new form of Danegeld!!

I wish our government in NZ could show the same pragmatic commonsense. Alas, it’s all virtue signalling hypocrisy here.

Some years ago, there was a story out of Sweden, whereby the prime minister was giving a speech, saying how they were going to eliminate SUVs. Someone pulled him aside, and pointed out that the Volvo XC90 was Sweden’s largest export.

    Hurumph . . . subject change.

Conscience does not apply, since the CO2 myth is just that. The Norwegians are fully justified.as well as blameless, tho they must declare their views so the argument is clear as to their reasonable, logical stance.
Are they going to the COP26 charade?
That is where they could show up the sham, wearing bullet proof clothing !

The French have a saying ” I talk with my heart but vote with my wallet.” How apt.

For Europe’s sake, I do hope that Norway keeps drilling for gas. Due to a shortage, the price of natural gas is increasing rapidly.
