Let us not forget the origin of this comedy/tragedy, that in October 2008, it was that same Ed Miliband who introduced the Climate Change Act, so seeding the roots of this assured self-destruction.
Not for nothing was it termed “The most expensive suicide note in history”!
And he’s back in the shadow cabinet; says it all really about the economic and intellectual vacuum at the heart of Her Majesty’s loyal opposition!!

Exactly, while Miliband the politician is indeed a huge joke the fact he is in a potentially influential position is not.
The country needs MPs with workable solutions to this disaster. Not a career idiot who’s experience is of dismantling, undermining and destroying the energy sector.

Remember when Miliband as leader of the opposition said there was a cost of living crisis coming caused by the Tories.
Was he stupid enough not to understand that his CCA he brought in had caused a chunk of anything coming down the line OR does he just believe we are all stupid??
He is so hyper intelligent that he only thinks in 2 dimensions: Tories always bad/Labour always good
Ed was bright enough to realise that the right person to draft the CCA should be someone without the handicap of having knowledge of science or economics but with a degree in English.
Has anyone here watched the video of this Miilpede addressing the Knesset way back when he was Leader of the Opposition? It was toe curling grovelling, and what he said he would do for Israel was treasonous in my opinion – and this as potential British PM. If anyone is able to find it on youtube, please post it as I’m unable to find it, though I think it’s maybe buried in an old computer. Perhaps it’s been taken down.
