Russia on monday, vetoed a UN security council resolution casting Climate Change as a threat to international peace and security, sinking an effort to make global warming more central to decision making in the UNs most powerful body!
Monday’s resolution would have been the first devoted to climate-related security danger as an issue of its own.
Some 113 of the U.N.’s 193 member countries supported the proposal, including 12 of the council’s 15 members.
Well done Russia. Saving the world from its own stupidity yet again. First it opposed the nazis invading from the west. Now it opposes the eco-nazis invading from the west. Is there a pattern here?

Sorry, I am also having trouble making a donation although they have gone through before. The site seems to demand a telephone number, no idea why, with country code but doesn’t allow me to enter it. Any suggestions?
