They can’t have it both ways: without sunlight reaching the planet there would be no warming! The artcle needs very much more publicity. I wonder if Rose, in the DM woukd take it on.
But the forecast then was that we were heading down further than was needed to put us into an ice age.
The Earth Day predictions had little to say about warming; most of it was a hotch-potch of cooling, pollution and over-population. It wasn’t until we started to get on top of air pollution (plastic teaspoons didn’t register on the pollution index then) and the temperature refused to play ball that they switched to warming. Over-population is still in the mix but harder to argue when the UN’s own projections are that population will peak by the end of this century and start to decline by the middle of next.
Harder still following yesterday’s report that the population of China is already starting to fall.
The real symbolism of April 22 is to remind us of the birthday of V.I.Lenin, who killed indirectly more people than anybody else.

Earth Day celebrates the cultural Marxist takeover of the environmental movement, shifting the focus from local problems to THE PLANET.

Whilst it may be true, air pollution apparently, most certainly is responsible for millions of people succumbing to a variety of illnesses amongst us humans, some resulting in deaths. I will trade air pollution for environmental pollution…
Names. We need names. Claims of deaths without death certificates or obituaries is lying.
BWTM: The West engaged air pollution problems in the 1960s and 70s and fixed it. It seems we wasted our money, as people are still jackjawing about it, even though we fixed it 50 years ago.
