We rarely get the stateside version of events from the UK media.

Here’s Karl Rove, with his famous white board:

Debbie Stabenow must be brain-dead. Can such people see no further than the end of their nose?

An even funnier suggestion was on the Fox News Gutfeld show where it was suggested the Biden administration could solve the formula shortage issue by transitioning to electric babies. The solar powered ones would automatically shutdown at night so the parents could get some rest.

Are we sure that the Senator is not Gove in a dress and make up? The tone deaf performance is up there with the banning of fracking due to a temporary fence. Truly, the asylum has been taken over by lunatics.

Something doesn’t stack up with those fuel consumption numbers.
US gas is around $5 per US gallon. Even if that “small” SUV only does 25 mpg, that’s only $0.20 per mile, not $0.47.
The EV figure is even more adrift. At 3 miles per kWh (most EVs do better) and charging at the full UK domestic rate of about 27 pence/kWh (US power is cheaper) gives only 9 pence per mile: approx $0.11 per mile: a quarter of his $0.45.
I suspect he has picked up figures for the total cost, including depreciation, servicing, insurance, etc..
