Well worth reading to the end, especially for references to conditions 200 years earlier.
Littlejohn rant.

Excellent piece by Siegel. Deserves wider circulation.
On the other hand, those who enjoy extremely one-sided attacks on the British in India will be overjoyed by the brief video at the end (Not by Siegel but chosen by him, presumably).
Guess which one you are more likely to see in the MSM?
“And yet, that same World Bank won’t lend them [Africa] money to build a reliable energy grid.”
They gave the money to China instead.
How does one write a book THEN discover it needed to be researched?
Better a sinner who doth repent…. 🙂
Does this sound familiar?
“The Arctic Ocean is warming up, icebergs are growing scarcer, and in some places the seals are finding the water too hot. Reports from fishermen, seal hunters, and explorers all point to a radical change in climate conditions and hitherto unheard‐of temperatures in the Arctic zone. Exploration expeditions report that scarcely any ice has been met as far north as 81 degrees 29 minutes. Within a few years it is predicted that due to the ice melt the sea will rise and make most coastal cities uninhabitable.” —
Associated Press report published in The Washington Post on Nov. 2, 1922.
The Global Warming Apocalypses That Didn’t Happen
Yes.
As usual the British Empire comes in for the all too predictable thumping. This constant barrage against it has become so one-sided and sickening that I now have no interest at all in Siegal’s opinions.
I have a family letter sent by an early relative who left Somerset aged 18 to try his luck in Australia the letter was written in 1887:
Perhaps you would like to hear how I have been getting on out here in the Land of Promise but Queensland cannot boast of their great prosperity at the present as we have just passed through five years of severe drought and hundreds of thousands of sheep and cattle have perished by it and now the drought is over it has been followed by the greatest floods that was ever known so you see we have our own little trials out here as well as at home.
Very thoughtful!
I do try to spread the word among the young people I know but its more important to use an app to stick puppy eyes on their pictures! I depair sometimes.
Brilliant article
Absolutely outstanding.
The link produces a blank page after a few seconds. I had to do a quick Ctrl-A Ctrl-C and paste into a word processor to be able to read it.
Thanks Hugh, I picked your email up last night about 6pm.I had already got my compressor in ready for the blast. It blew all the debris out of the pipe but the boiler still didn’t fire up. By this time I was so mad I rang the plumber back to sort it out. He came pretty quick after I had a word with his wife. First he told me the tank was empty when I had checked it earlier it was quarter full.so then he then told me there wasn’t enough pressure for the oil to reach the tank. I said that’s why we had a “Tiger loop” put in years ago. He then told me he had taken it out because it wasn’t needed. By this time I had to check my blood pressure, I could feel it going up. So now we are having more oil delivered tomorrow to put the pressure up. Then he’s then coming back to lower the entry point of the pipe to the boiler. I found the tiger loop he had taken out around the back of the house. Is it me or are tradesmen getting worse?. By the way last week I rang the other plumber (Jones) and they sent a guy out. He looked at it and said he needs a compressor to blow through the feed pipe I told him I had one and he insisted he uses his. I haven’t heard from him since derrrrrrrrrrr! Cheers Frank.
