Logging Into WordPress

I gather some are still having difficulty logging in to make comments.

One suggestion by oldbrew was to set up your own WordPress account, which is fairly simple and free. You do not need to set up your own blog to do so.

Once you are logged into that, you should not need to log into this or any other WordPress site.

I believe some already do this, so they may have advice too.

    Last time I attempted a comment I somehow ended up getting an E-mail for every comment on this blog, had to block the sender on gmail. Maybe I ended up following the blog. I have a wordpress account.

    The experience this time is better, but there are slider controls for notifications and Emails, problem is what side is OFF? Hopefully the defaults are OFF.

    A lot of the media and internet systems are locked into the socialist agenda of promoting Global Warming . There is a lot of censorship being activated on the internet to stop the truth coming out . So quite often the system you are using can give problems if you are trying to link into sites which they do not approve of .

    Possibly try a different search engine .

    I created an account, and get notifications of replies and likes.
    Quite happy with logging on, time will tell for notifications

    I use the Brave browser and have not experienced any problems.

    When I tried to create an avatar, it forced me to create a WordPress account. Apparently, Gravatar is a wordpress app.

    Anywho, once avatar created, I have had no problems.

    So, don’t just, “One suggestion by oldbrew was to set up your own WordPress account,” which is good advice, go ahead an create yourself an avatar.

      So I followed your advice and added my created my avatar and it all now works properly…handsome bugger ain’t I.

        I knew you would know. Second gig I ever went to as a teenager was King Crimson, the first was The Nice. Bit of a prog rocker me

        I had that LP at the time as well. I sold it a few years ago for £80. Apparently it is a collectors piece

    Save not a lot of people know that in your favourites folder. It will then always be accessible.
