The GOP members of the Senate and House Committees on Energy have written to Fatih Birol, asking for explanations as to why the IEA has strayed from its core purpose of promoting energy security, instead focussing on the Net Zero agenda:

The full letter is below.

Unlike right wing parties in Europe, the GOP are strongly supportive about the ongoing need for fossil fuels.

It is a pity our so called conservative party does not do the same.

We have a “Conservative Party”. A smidge less ‘Lefty’ than Corbyn.

We certainly don’t have a conservative Party, nor have we had one for a quarter Century.

There hasn’t been a conservative leader of the Conservative Party since Baroness Thatcher except for Liz Truss’s brief stint where the fascist blob ensured she was shafted. The rot really set in when Blair took over and the Tories believed only centre-left liberals would ever win power so the party is infected with Blairite scum that could just as easily be in the Labour Party.

My pet theory is Fatih Birol, Executive Director of the IEA is angling to become the first Turkish Secretary General of the UN. That’s why the IEA now slavishly follows the ‘Net Zero’ agenda.

The GOP are not controlled by the WEF, whereas the CONs are.

The ‘Heir to Blair’ caused (and is causing) even more harm than Blair.

I’d be interested in Birol’s response, detailing why the IEA has ‘strayed from its core mission of promoting energy security’….

    Or a satisfactory rebuttal….

It has ‘strayed’ from its core mission, in exactly the same way Ofgem has ‘strayed’ from its original mission.

To be fair to Ofgem, Miliband changed their rules that require them to conspire against the consumers they are supposed to protect. No, I never heard them put up any fight against this either.

They don’t have to respond. They’re just following the science.

“Straying from the core mission” is maybe the no. 1 curse of our age, though it gets strong competition from fundamentalist environmentalism. Name an NGO, govt agency, charity, public-funded organisation or religion that sticks to its core mission.

The IEA operates under the direction of the OECD, of which it is a part. It is the OECD that instituted the move to turn the IEA into a net zero delivery body. The Republicans should direct their enquiry to the OECD as well. THe original aims of the OECD were:

    1. to achieve the highest sustainable economic growth and employment and a rising standard of living in Member countries, while maintaining financial stability
    2. to contribute to sound economic expansion in Member as well as non-member countries
    3. to contribute to the expansion of world trade

    Not a mention of climate.

And Net Zero as we all know is at odds with No 1 directly as well as No 2 as we see Germany flushing its economy down the green toilet. There is more of a debate for No 3 as China is doing very nicely making goods cheaper than the Net Zero lovers.

It will be a big shame if the Republicans do not win the presidency. They should easily do it, but with all the baggage around Trump they could miss out and that would give 4 more years for the climate lobby to strengthen their position. The USA sets the direction and we will follow.

Do not discount the Democrat’s propensity to cheat. NFW Biden got 81M votes. They were greatly aided by the unconstitutional mail-in vote schemes, accepted because of the Covid Pandemicoulousness. It will be more difficult for them this year, but they have made it clear, they don’t care. They will do what it takes to “win.”

It will be more than a shame if Trump is cheated out of the presidency for a second time by the globalist fascists. It will be a disaster for the western world that is starting to wake up to the leftist cancer in their countries and need the support of the USA to fight on.

And don’t let this get you to think Republicans are good people. They are a mess.
