NOT A LOT OF PEOPLE KNOW THAT 
When it comes to Climate Change issues 97% of the Western World’s politicians are gullible idiots. That’s 100% true.
Saw this when it was released first. Stats, stats and damn lies. Follow the money, unfortunately that money flies from the proles pockets Some major league traitors abound in Government Circles.
I despair of people. Even bright ones like Jacob Rees-Mogg, who at least can see the penury net zero will bring, proudly announces that he has swallowed all the medical bull about statins. Even experts who will point out the holes in the conventional wisdom of their own specialism take it for granted that all experts on other subjects are to be believed without question.

If you have not seen or read the “absurdist” play, “Rhinocerous” by Eugene Ionescu in 1959 I suggest looking it up. Apart from being hilarious it treats of exactly the situation where intelligent people “go to the dark side” one by one. In the play people are turning into Rhinocerouses overnight and nobody even notices! My school put it on in 1960 and it was a lot better than the usual tired old Shakespeare! I seem to recall that at the end the Auditorium went dark and all you could hear was a gradually increasing sound of stampeding squealing herds.
OTT here is a clear discussion of the possibilities in the coming Hurricane season in the Atlantic. Looks like we can expect a lot of Hurrican porn, at least, if not necessarily the disasters that ‘they’ long for.

JRM lost his credibility with me during Brexit when he was one of the many idiots that claimed we did not need a trade deal with the EU as we could just use WTO rules as many countries did such as the US. This was either lying by omission based just on trade deals registered with the WTO or just plain ignorance of all the many agreements that facilitate trade and can be found on the EU website. The US is party to over 50 agreements on trade.
Except that JRM was correct. We did not need and should not have tried to negotiate a deal with the EU. Something like 80% of world trade – which is mostly between companies and individuals, not governments – takes place under WTO rules, not trade deals. Most EU trade deals are of little value, being with economic minnows like Iceland, Albania, Jordan and Morocco. Even the much touted deal with Japan is so limited in scope it is sometimes referred to as ‘cheese for cars’. And the US may well have 50 trade deals … but none is with the EU, which I suggest proves my point.

This is an old story. ‘97%’ arose from a paper Cook et al (2013) which was lauded by Pres Obama among many others until exposed as multiply fraudulent by Jose Duarte and a GWPF paper by Andrew Montford (GWPF No 11?). ‘Unpulishable’. ‘Badly conceived, badly executed’. ‘The unbelievable bias against sceptic scientists was enough to negate the whole paper’. And very much more. I think Queensland police had a brief interest.
‘Studies show’ that Obama, like Blair, is 97% malignant.
The original 97% lie came from a paper by Doran Zimmerman [2009 ] , where just 75 people thought that people might have some effect on climate .
This was followed by the Oregon petition which over 30,000 signed saying that was rubbish .
So, to try to keep the scam going the Cook et al load of lies was done which was also proven to be a load of rubbish .
But actual facts have never yet stopped politicians and the media from using this 97% fantasy .

Repeatedly, this is mentioned in various manners in the video, “that claimed 66% of climate experts believed humans were “mostly” responsible for warming since 1950.” “most?” Ho much is most?
Let’s say (as an example), OK – so if that’s true, how much of the roughly 1C of GW since 1950 is most? 0.51C? – 0.65C? – 0.75 C?
Clearly most GW since the end of the LIA is not man-made.
If the GW – total – since 1950 is 1 C, what human could possibly feel such? Born in 1952 – moved around a good bit – but this is not something which can actually be experienced by a human over the course of a long lifetime. If one moves from CO to Phoenix – yep – they can feel that average increase in average temperature.
I might add, that on NASA’s home CC page, they reference dozens of scientific orgs/academies and ‘most of them’ only claim that ‘most of GW’ since the 1950’s, or 1970’s, has a human footprint in it. I don’t believe that any, in their prepared summary, suggest that most of GW since 1850, or so, is man-made.

I am of the opinion that societal unrest or the likes of mr P will do more harm that Climate change.

On the Today programme this morning, a Government spokesman was “confidently” predicting they would hit their EV 22% target as they are now giving £5,000 (of Tax Payers money….!) towards EV purchases in London, and additionally Kia are giving a £15,000 (50%) discount on their EV’s.
Sounds like complete desperation to me.
Coincidentally I have just seen a report that the electric Van target this year of 20% is currently running at 5.8%.
I worry about vans. You see, all these middle class arts educated semi rich alarmist ignoramuses don’t realize that their economy is run by white van man. To have to charge for hours a day and pay over ten grand for his van more than an ICE will drive him out of business.

First of all, science is based on facts proven by scientific methods and NOT consensus. Furthermore, science is NEVER “settled”.
Finally, CO2 is ONE of the atmospheric gases. Do not fall for the “greenhouse gas” scare event. It is not the lead in warming but a result of the warming.
The real myth (scam) lies with those who think that humanity can successfully mitigate the climate, regardless of what percent of scientists believe it’s man-made or not.
