Polar Bear Numbers Growing

In the State of the Polar Bear Report 2021, published by the Global Warming Policy Foundation (GWPF) ahead of International Polar Bear Day, zoologist Dr. Susan Crockford explains that while the IUCN Polar Bear Specialist Group (PBSG) promotes the impression that polar bear population numbers are declining, the results of recent studies indicate otherwise.
Crockford further clarifies that the global population estimate used by the PBSG has not been updated since 2015, even though the results of numerous surveys have been published since then.
These additions bring the global population total to almost 32,000, up from about 26,000, albeit with a wide range of potential errors.
This modest increase is consistent with a species recovering from low numbers brought about by overhunting after focused international protection was introduced in 1973.
Dr. Crockford reports that there were three serious attacks by polar bears on people in 2021 but no fatalities.
She explains that there were no reports of widespread starvation of bears, acts of cannibalism, or drowning deaths that might suggest bears were having trouble surviving the ice-free season.
“The current health and abundance of polar bears continue to be at odds with predictions that the species is suffering serious negative impacts from reduced summer sea ice blamed on human-caused climate change.”

NOT A LOT OF PEOPLE KNOW THAT 
The WWF are keen on using the images of lone Polar Bears floating on diminishing ice cubes as their habitat melts. Shame on the liars.
When I was 12 , I went to a WWF booth, who in the day were campaigning to ‘End The Slaughter of white seal Pups’, and I asked the young woman if she was a vegetarian? . . .
Of Course was her answer ! I then asked if she was in favor of the slaughter of 60 million Buffalo ? . . . Definitely NOT !! Was her answer . . . to which I suggested that she STOP eating bread and noodles and Rice . . . because these are grown where the Buffalo used to roam . . . She thru me out of her booth . . . Perspective . . . Context . . . Common Sense . . .
PS . . . Polar Bears ARE Grizzly bears living in the North . . . Turned white for adaptation . . . They don’t NEED ice . . . they just need easy prey . . .
I suppose Dr Crockford will now be completely deplatformed for daring to counter the narrative with empirical data based work.
The establishment already published a ‘paper’ that was little more than a personal rubbishing.
If the stats don’t support the alarmist narrative – so much for stats.
Meanwhile the BBC makes it sound like they are declining and doomed.

Remember those ‘White Seal Pups’ that we were forced to stop killing ? The herd had always been stable thanks to ‘The Cull’. Now the population is UP 30% . . . Oh . . . they eat their weight in Herring EVERY DAY . . . kippers anyone ??
It’s kind of like doing ‘The Right Thing’ and putting 60 million Buffalo back on the Prairies so that the World’s human population would starve to death . . . Reality check . . .

I’m so glad Dr Crockford, as one who stuck to the truth, has been proved correct. Let her attackers eat humble pie.
Let me guess, all the surveys since 2015 show increasing numbers….
